While we can replace most damaged or defective merchandise, we can’t exchange items. If the item that was damaged was sent to you as a gift, we’ll send you a replacement item. However, exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@ladybirdsoaps.com.

Please note that all exchange requests to ladybirdsoaps.com must include either the original receipt, a gift receipt, or a proof of purchase.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently only ship within the United States.

As always, ground shipping is free. However, it is possible to pay extra for expedited shipping. Costs are determined per product and per order and are calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping time for both options will be shown at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of the expected delivery date as listed in the email, please contact us at support@www.ladybirdsoaps.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
